To add great chai flavor to your own coffee beans, tea leaves, and other dried herbs, simply add one-half teaspoon of coffee and tea flavoring to one pound of roasted coffee beans. For the most even distribution, we suggest using a sprayer, but you can shake ingredients together in a resealable container. Once you have distributed your flavor, we recommend that you store your newly flavored beans in a mason jar, old coffee can, or a zippered back and let the sealed container sit for 24 hours to allow the flavors to permeate the coffee or tea.
